The Camelford Gallery, situated opposite the library in the centre of the town, opened in May 2000 and is run by artist John Blight. The Gallery specialises in contemporary painting, drawing, watercolours, sculptures and ceramics. It is primarily run as an exhibition gallery with shows by individuals and groups. There are 6/10 shows a year by regional artists and some from further afield. There is also a stock of work by Gallery artists displayed separately. Email or phone for details. The Cornwall Watercolour Society formed in 2005, which now has 24 members, is contactable through the Gallery as John is Chairman of the society.
